ibm global business services is making a huge investment in the microsoft service line, including microsoft dynamics customer relationship management (crm), in our nordic microsoft competence center.
requirements:
. broad industry expeirence and competitive appliaction knoweldge are a plus. excellent communication skills and abiilty to manage multiple stakeholders
. demonstrated experience in influencing key decision makers and achieving agreement across teams
. 5-8 yeras of deep funcitonal and techincal experience of the micrsooft dynamics crm application
. the successful candidate should have experience with or be familiar with technologies such as busniess intelligence (bi), and middleware, cti.
crm soluitons incorporate technologies beyond crm. the senior consultant must possess the capability and desire to become an expert in microsoft crm and related technologies.biztalk, active directory, as well as have a working knowledge of microsoft products such as sql server 2005/2008, the ideal candidate will understand and be able to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of microsoft dynamics crm, and application architecture, sharepoint, office.net and related microsoft technologies and products, as well as solid architecture and design skills are required.
