planning, using teradata's advocated methodologies (teradata solutions methodology; teradata project management)

manage work performed by subcontractors (internal and external organizations)
managing customer expectations and assuring project quality
assuming responsibility for the project budget and for achieving the defined project objectives
managing change requests, methodologies, customer presentations and customer relationship building
education / expeirence requirements
the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in it industry related project management and be able to demonstrate the following experience and skill sets:
proven experience in the management of data wareohuse, methods, bi, software development or system integration projects
experience in managing comlpex projects with contractual and budgetary responsibility
project management "toolbox" experience with storng sklils, supporting contract negotaitions, and advnaced usgae of tolos
good analzying and consluting skills, impleemnting and contrloling complex data warehouse soltuion projects, genearting the statmeent of work (scope, delivreables, budgets, and boundaries),
managing offer development.driving the team and the project towards the goal
strong, flexible and positive personality, capable of working successfully with staff at all levels within an organization, getting things done through influencing where necessary,
ability and willingness to take accountability and to take the lead.and demand chain management for leading clients in the financial,
the project manager will support both teradata pre- and post sales efforts to implement teradata data warehouses and analytical applications like crm, and manufacturing industries, retail, supply chain management, communications.candidates with a consulting background will be preferred.
