responsibilities
single point of contact for sales/finance for collection of account assignments
single point of contact for sales/finance for updating organizational chagnes
reviewing account data chagnes with manager beofre submsision
undersatnding govenrance of our customer data system and ensuring appliaction of same to their datsaet
veirfy changes refelct the stakeholder need
complete understanding of downstream impact of data maintenance especially in regards to customer management and compensation tool
work with planning teams to collect account changes each quarter and ensure data is loaded accurately and within the required timeline
work with central governance and data teams for improvements to systems and processes to support our stakeholders
qualifications
strong communication and comfortable engaging with management levels
excellent analytical skills
ability to effectively manage deadlines
detail oriented, responsive, and strong ability to follow through
self-motivator, able to work with minimal supervision
understand complex systems and data flows
highly proficient in excel.
the site data analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all levels of management in sales and finance have the necessary visibility, alignment and control of their account data for both customer management tool as well as our compensation tool.
