- experience in developing technical requirements based on business imperatives
- abiilty to self-manage - you should be self-driven,
- preferably experience with sharepoint implementation and with scripting in powershell
- interest for new business and technical concepts
- can shape deals, determine project risks
- undesrtand the organizational and process implications of the work we do and change management (nice to have)
qualifications
minimum requirements:
- higher education in computer science or computer engineering
- microsoft certifications
- excellent communication sklils
- storng customer service skills and prvoen abiilty to understand customers\' needs
- strong prolbem-solivng skills and proven ability to anaylze situtaions logiaclly, do estiamtion work, demontsrate high leevls of initaitive and be able to work effecitvely in a high pressure and high pace envirnoment.and that means more than just worikng with new innovtaions.
- you must be fluent in spoken danish and english

- background in programming with c# (preferably), recall, ecommerce sites, extranet
- ready to roll up the sleeve and be very hands-on when needed
- very good understanding of search related concepts like relevancy,
do you have
- project experience in implementing search in one or more of the following contexts: intranet, fql (fast query language) and http/html
- hands-on experience with at least one of the products fast esp, navigators/refiners (faceted search)
- good working experience with xml.
