at least 4 years' experience managing complex it projects
broad technology knowledge (unix, networking, open systems, data warehousing,
your profile:
bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or master's (graduate) degree in computer science, internet, etc, nt.you enjoy working on the customer sites and you thrive here.you are the technical reference for customers in planning service improvements. you are able to retain 90% of customer contract on renewal basis and you provide up selling opportunities. you are good at promoting and implementing hp support initiatives for mission critical customers and leading edge technology tools.
