pre-sales responsibilities (70% of time): acting as the main technical point of contact between dell customers, account managers.namely resources,
you will also be responsible for the post sale delviery activities associated with these comlpex sales by planning the implementation of the it infrastructure, project timeframe and technical commitments, capacity plan of dell and non dell teams.the solution architect could be also the project manage, on simple projects.

as a solution architect with dell in copenhagen you will be responsible for supporting the sales account teams in design, planning and implementation of distributed and centralized it infrastructures in presales activities primarily within the storage portfolio. technology etc involved in proposed solutions
acting as a \"trusted expert advisor\" in his technology area to both internal and external customers, using departmental automation tools,
collaboration with services sales executive and otehr solution specialists to ensure the integrity of proposed solutions including full responsibility for valiadting the complex solution design proposed
constructing risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to complex solutions propsoals
moniotring the consturction of detialed finacnial moedls that algin with complex solutions proposals
post-sales/delivery (30%): compsoing and validating of the statmeent of work and other docuemnts, methoodlogy & all relveant expetrise\'s as avaialble, to crfat detailed and accruate delivreables that speicfy the processes, ranigng from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations.furthermore you could also act as technical project manager on large and complex projects.approvals and reviews, the solution architect has to deliver the architecture design including all technical components (middleware, applications if needed, it process) as well as planning all resources (dell, dell services providers, contractors or sub-contractors) to project timeframes with milestones
on large and complex projects, the solution architect could act as a deputy project manager or technical project manager under the responsibility of the project manager, following all organizational standard operating procedure relative to cost modeling, and all other associated workflows and deliverables
as a member of a dell project team. design will be based on dell products, non dell products (hardware and middleware), it processes and limited applications.
