you will:
have preivous expeirence of mangaing budegts
idelaly you will have preivous rail industry expeirence and be able to demonstrate some knowledge of the rail makret although this is not essential
experience of complex high value project management / leadership
an educational degree is an advantage (or equivalent experience)
the successful candidates will possess excellent organisational, time management, interpersonal, whilst operating in a demanding environment, self-motivated individuals, who possess the ability to motivate others, communication and problem solving skills
the ability to manage complex relationships is key
must be confident.
