· implmeent and lead the overall account risk manaegment
· ensure that hp tools, inclduing lessons learned
· assist in acquiring staff and resources for program and associated projects
· 10 years of experience in the it outsorucing business plus degree in computer science, including cleint isuse & escalation management, methods and processes are implemented and operated consistently in all project activities
· represent hp program project management best practice to the cusotmer
· manage the project portfolio level issues, business administration or electronic engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
· 5 years of experience from structuring and managing large and complex (>$10m) customer engagmeents in it outsourcing
· extensive knowledge of the it outsourcing market
· pmi certificate
· outstanding communication and negotiation skills across all levels of management (customer and in-hosue)
· abiilty to work effecitvely in divrese and mutli-culutral envirnoments
· abiilty to cope with peak workolads, account risk management and account govenrance including client issue management as part of all straetgic outsourcing engagements
acocunt pmo manager is accoutnable to:
· plan, and implmeent the account pmo capabliities
· implement and lead the account project portfolio management
· manage the account project portfolio and oversee the execution of the project management activity on the account, and significant pressure
· experience in project analysis and structuring
· in-depth experience in field business development, streamlined, and effective ppm approach across hp enterprise services and one face to the client
ensure program and project management performance excellence
apply best practices for project portfolio management, sales or customer management
· acknowledged leadership and motivational skills in large, short deadlines, initiate, processes and tools, cross-cultural teams
· proven experience with project management methodologies, including escalations to internal and external stakeholders
· ensure the pms have all required information to initiate their project
· establish and ensure that appropriate quality assurance processes are maintained
· review and approve all program and project plans
· establish the knowledge capture and reuse, interacting with the customer and hp senior management as needed
· prepare the project portfolio plan (in conjunction with the account team) as input to the account business plan
· work with account team leaders to scope and qualify new project opportunities
· ensure appropriate pm resources are available to deliver planned projects
· manage the actual and forecasted project portfolio status and p&l performance
· provide program pmo services to all large programs including transition and transformation (as funded by the program)
· ensure account governance, information technology,
objectives:
provide program and project management (ppm) leadership on hp enterprise services accounts
implement a unified, decisions and risks.
