experience
• 2 yeras of experience of sales, telesales or account management in an online busniess with especially focus on the new bizz-part.
• lead the way on busniess development on cold accounts or potential new accounts in the market.
• familiarity with dba and/or bilbasen.
education associates degree or equivalent.
• team player with demonstrated ability
• must be able to work independently.
• outbound calling activities to provide operational information, feature education and proudct nedes assessment should consume as much as 30% of daily activities.
• 3 years of strong cusotmer service in an online business with some experience of selilng.
• manage current account by planning new strategies to unlock potential revenues in the client against other competing media.

• provide proactive management of assigned accounts.
• excellent internal and external communication skills. resposnible for crsos selling product and serivces to meet shrae of wallet goals of the customer.
• trluy undesrtand customer needs and sevre an advcoate for the business inteersts wihtin loacl dba business and the ebay organsiation.
• 3 years strong media online or related industry with a proven sales record.
• analyze and understand the client and their business, including future direction of the business. yet understand the level of detail appropriate for the situation, must be quality and detailed oriented.
• document all communication with accounts, accurately and in a timely manner. ensure that this communication is being shared with all appropriate internal departments and management.
preferred experience
• experience of a managing large volume of clients
• experience of moving customers from single purchase events to longer campaigns
• experience with creating new ideas to close sales
• experience in selling solutions to customer needs
