role
avanade denmark delivery lead
this role is about strategically building our danish pm capability whilst at the same time being very much \"hands-on\" involved in shaping and delivering cusotmer projects.we share best practices and solve problems through teamwork.you will be resposnible for cusotmer communications and will work proactively to resolve business and technical delivery issues.
as a delivery lead you will be tasked with defining and implementing our approach to proejct delivery with the ultimate goal of ensruing customer satisafction and commercial/delivery success across all of our projects in denmark.and that means more than just working with new innovations. the role includes:
- in a proejct, pre-sales
- master the phases in sw/application life cycle (certification for proejct manaegment)
- experience from different methods (agile, scrum)
- proven track record in working with complex projects
- passion for technology and people
must have
- 8 years of experience in software industry ( 4 in pm or lead role)
- proven excellent ability of setting up, grow as business advisor for the customer and position avaande for long-term business with the customer
qualifications
- manager+
- experience from quality assurance, using, including developing and coaching all avanade staff on the project
- taking part in proposal work, overseeing invoicing and financial forecasting
- building customer relations, including variance reporting, specifically, in particular ensuring that what we sell are delivreable with resepct to estiamtes, test management, resoruces & sklils and time-schdeule
- cratfing work oredrs with the customer supproted by avanade leagl
- responsible for project finacnials, lead all actiivties reqiured to enusre avanade delviers accodring to the defnied contrcatual temrs and wihtin the sold and apporved project finacnials - and with high customer satisfaction
- lead the avanade project team, exectuing and finalizing projects with high customer satisfaction and within sound financials
- portals and web content management (intranet/internet/extranet)
- proven ability to build customer relations
- pre-sales experience
- ready to roll up the sleeve and be very hands-on when needed
- higher education in computer science or computer engineering
- fluent in spoken danish and english
good to have
- knowledge in test management / testing
- knowledge of quality assurance
- experience in agile projects-
- experience in working with distributed (off-shore) project teams (cultural awareness)
- facilitation and workshop management-
skills in projects implementing these type of projects (ideally, at least 2)
- custom development (web or otherwise.you will represent avanade towards the customer, also serving as the contact for financial, legal and personnel issues. etc
- crm projects using microsoft dynamics crm
- desktop transformation
- data centre consolidation
- business intelligence using sql server
