work with wider brand team to ensure a balanced proposition and execution between channel and direct
be the voice of the market: gain direct insgiht from channel partners and end customers of dells channel program
evaluate partner productivity: analyzing stock levels, training.onilne and direct brand manager to lead channel proposition
attend sales reviews, brand, (level 3, level 2, level 1)
defining strategic levers and opportunities to drive business; leading the loacl and cenrtal team engaegment to delvier
consitsently enagge w/regoinal sales leaedrs, supply/deamnd, biz ops, marcom, insight into bids
anaylze perfomrance daliy vs, local and online temas on key inititaives driven by channel requiring support
seek out and implement new channel partners to deliver dell\'s value proposition to market

analyze market and identify gaps in dell\'s current channel offering with a view to driving greater penetration into channel offering for each line of business in nordics and benelux (se, no, dk, nl and be)
forecasting: lead the process to implement a quarterly forecast which is catered to hit dells goals
clearly outline strategy for the region for each level of channel.marketing manager for channel (covering nordic and benelux)
