· review large project quotations and partner busniess on potential financing requirements and return on investment (roi)
· responsible for the review the project (eac) and service contract perfomrance on a monthly basis
· conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews with the controllership organization

our nordics (denmark - finland and sweden) hbs division current has a requirement for a district finance leader to be based out of our copenhagen office in denmark
job context:
to provide financial leadreship and support to the honeywell building solutions businesses in nordics and to provide a strong risk management and corporate governance framework
key responsibilities:
· lead, coordinate and drive financial performance for the nordics district
· define, develop and proactively improve processes that will enhance the financial performance of the ce region
· manage the financial reporting, forecast and budgeting cycle
· drive and track busniess produtcivity inititaives acorss mulitple funcitons to acheive produtcivity taregts
· adivse business leadership of opportnuities and rikss impatcing business performance
· implmeent process improvements to reduce finance business process cycle times, and enhance information provided to leadership for business decisions.

· ongoing improvements in all controls assessment scores
· improved understanding of financial results
· improved financial analysis and reports
· delivery of accurate and reliable financial information to business managers, hbs finance and honeywell acs in accordance with published timetables

· compliance with honeywell control requirements
· master degree/bachelor degree with at least 5 years of experience
· excellent interpersonal skills, danish or swedish native and good english language skills
· persuasive and credible individual with the ability to communicate at all levels
· good grounding in controllership techniques and requirements
· experience of providing financial support to commercial managers in a product business
· highly analytical
· pro-active approach, capable of working on own initiative
· understanding of percentage of completion accountingsap knowledge.
