About Residence Bossa Apartments


An exquisite quiet apartments next to the Playa d'en Bossa Beach and less than 10 minutes drive into Ibiza Town. This air-conditioned apartment is bright and spacious and comprises large reception, terrace, main bedroom with ensuite, one or two further bedrooms, sofàbed duble, second bathroom and kitchen.

The large terrace looks over the (residents only) gardens, the infinity freshwater pool and kiddies pool - with the beach just beyond.

All of the apartments has two or three bedrooms, have a sea view and blackout shutters. The bathrooms are marble tiled, and the ensuite enjoys a separate shower and jacuzzi bath. The apartments has been furnished in a very contemporary style with stylish furnishings and fittings.

The Local Area


This apartments is in a recent development called Edificio Bossa Beach, on the waterfront in front of the eastern stretch of the Playa d'en Bossa beach. A few hundred metres farther down the shore is the resort of Figueretas, which is next to Ibiza Town. Ibiza airport is 10mins away.

The local area has everything you need for a beach holiday and the proximity of Ibiza Town means that sightseeing in the Old Town, enjoying the pavement restaurants and browsing the shops are very easily done.

On the beach next to the apartment is a jetty for the short ferry to Ibiza Town, and to Formentera which is a lovely 45minute trip across the water. Taxis are easily found. Playa d'en Bossa is the main beach resort with tens of restaurants and bars, beach clubs and dance clubs, including the world famous Space, and Bora Bora.

At the western end of Playa d'en Bossa are a number of stylish beach bars where you can enjoy the silky sand, turquoise seawater and waiter service to your beach lounger.
