Das Haus „Serrantina“ liegt 13 km vom Meer entfernt, ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Castellina Marittima, ein kürzlich renoviertes Bauernhaus von rund 120 m2, in einem Anwesen von 130 ha, mit Olivenhainen und Wäldern. Blick von der Apuanischen Alpen bis zum Meer.
Der Schwimmbad (4 x 8) ist von Mai bis Mitte Oktober geöffnet, mit Whirlpoolbank, Garderobe und Dusche im Freien. Zufahrt über 500 m von gepflegten Feldweg. Erdgeschoss mit Eingang mit Veranda, Küche / Esszimmer mit Kamin (Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine), Wohnzimmer mit Sofa-Bett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine.
Auf der ersten Etage haben wir ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad mit Dusche, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche, für insgesamt 8 Personen. Grill, TV, Zentralheizung.

Villa „Serrantina is located at 13km from the sea, approximately 1.5 Km from the center of Castellina Marittima, it’s a recently renovated farmhouse of around 120 m2, in an estate of 130 ha, with olive groves and woods. Panoramic view from the Apuan Alps to the sea.
The swimming pool (4 × 8) is open from May to mid October, with whirlpool bench, dressing room and outdoor shower. Access along 500 m of well maintained dirt road. On the ground floor there is an entrance with porch equipped kitchen / dining room with fireplace (microwave, freezer, dishwasher), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine.
On the first floor we have a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower, for a total of 8 persons. Grill, TV, central heating.
