Casa Susy liegt nur 300 Meter entfernt vom Meer von Marciana Marina, auf der halb Keller von einem Wohnkomplex mit einem komplett eingezäunt Garten.
Die Wohnung ist gerade erst neu renoviert und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Zone zum Kochen, wo wir ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen finden, sowie eine Einzel-Sofa-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, für insgesamt 5 Betten.
Zu den Einrichtungen gehören TV, VCR, Mikrowelle und kleiner Grill.
Ausgezeichnete Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber nahe der Stadtmitte, wo man Geschäfte, Restaurants usw geeignet für diejenigen, die das Meer nur wenige Schritte von zu Hause sucht

The apartment has just been newly renovated and is composed of a living room with kitchenette, where we find a sofa bed for two people, and a single sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, for a total of 5 beds.
Among the facilities there are TV, Video recorder, microwave and small barbecue.
Excellent location in a quiet area but close to the town center, where there are shops, restaurants etc. .. suitable for those seeking the sea just a few steps from home
